Shipping

All orders are handled and shipped out from multiple warehouses. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons.We ship our orders overseas by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we send it through to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives in your country.We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfilment centres where we will ship your items within 1-2 business weeks. Below are the expected delivery times. Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Insanelycoolbuys.com successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.
We currently have multiple warehouses, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way.
Since we have multiple warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company’s policy or customs procedure , you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery, probably due to your address being in a remote area or for import tax. In this case, kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@insanelycoolbuys.com since our fulfilment centres are currently overseas, please allow 6-8 weeks to pass before contacting support, as some items can take that long if they are in high demand If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our help desk for a full refund on your purchase or for a replacement. (In 99% of cases the item will still show up after that, so in most cases that means it’s on us). (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Tracking

You can track your order status in real-time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase. We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled in when placing your order. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after receiving that email. You can also contact us directly at support@insanelycoolbuys.com to check the status of your order.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has been handed over by us
