Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Yes but please note items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item simply contact our Help Desk at support@insanelycoolbuys.com requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Application) and follow the instructions given.

Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee only if they cancel an order after it has been shipped from the warehouse. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
